Find me an apartment/house in Malmo or Landskrona

I am looking for someone who can find me an apartment or a house in Malmo or Landskrona by 20th July 2015. You can search on www.blocket.se OR some other apartment websites. I am looking to start the tenancy agreement (contract) by 20th of July 2015. It can be a 1st or a 2nd hand contract BUT it has to be authorised by the landlord or the owner of the property.

My requirements are:

Number of rooms: 2 rooms (1 bedroom + 1 living room)
OR
3 rooms (2 bedrooms + 1 living room)

Monthlh rent: 4000-7000 Swedish Kroners/month

Length of stay: 6-8 months

Apartment/house required by: 20th of July 2015

Important: Please note that I do not necessarily need the occupation of the property untill 20th August 2015 BUT I do need the contract/tenancy agreement by 20th July 2015 so if the property is not available untill 20th August 2015 its fine BUT I want the contract by 20th July 2015.
