Find CEO, President, Founder etc Emails

I am looking for a company/researcher to build some lists of contacts while maintaining the quality.

You will required to find Email, Phone, Website and Address for the most senior decision maker at a company having any from the following titles i.e. Founder, Chairman, Partner, CEO, Owner, Proprietor, MD, President NO Manager, VP, GM.

I need a VALID Company email address. No info@, contact@ sales@ will be accepted. I will pay for valid emails only Bad/Invalid email will have to be replaced or payment will be deducted. The selected person/company have to verify the emails before sending the final output file.

The rate is $0.03 per valid email.
