For each country or State please find the minimum wage,Tax on Minimum Wage, Gross Minimum Wage, Average Wage, Tax on Average Wage Gross Average Wage and include any Notes + Sources such as "This country does not have a mandatory minimum wage."
This must be up-to-date info from 2013 - 2014 !!
Some examples; here http://www.movehub.com/advice/tax-comparisons-around-the-world
TAX RATES
Should be calculated as a total percentage of all taxes on the average or minimum wage.
For example in the UK the average annual salary is GBP 31,967 the first £9,440 is tax free, after that it is 20% and so on. So the adjusted rate for this average is 14.1%
STATES
Some countries, such as USA, have different income taxes for each state. These are normally added to a federal tax. So the tax rate for these states will be different.
SALARIES
These should always be in GBP and as annual salaries. Some countries do not have a mandatory minimum wage. In this case put in and asterisk and input a proposed minimum wage (if there is one) i.e. for Germany http://www.thelocal.de/20131121/germany-to-introduce-minimum-wage
You can take the "average" annual salary from a trusted source, just make sure you put the source in the notes + sources section.
GROSS WAGE
Is simply the annual salary minus the tax.
Attached is a template for the data.
