Find a room in Austin Texas from March 12 to 17 during SXSW.

It is hard to find a reasonably good hotel (not the Travelodge where I stayed 2 weeks ago and which was cheap but terrible) located between 2 and 5 miles from the Austin convention centre during an importance conference called SXSW. On the other hand there are about 80 hotels available.
Next conferences will be held from march 12 to 17 2015.
Please find and list me five options with total price + adress.
I will also prefer hotels where pre payment is not required but this is not a priority.
