Build a model based upon a criteria derived from a complex business process outsourcing contract to model changes to pricing based on upon threshold changes in pricing, and to calculate termination payments when ricing drops below a threshold.

Document referred to as appendix L will be provided shortly. A basic starting point is provided as an attachment.

Under inorganic change increase in scope, removal of services will always be classed as a CAN (change authorisation note, as referenced in the excel doc) and will either result in an increase or decrease in monthly charge but the model must follow the criteria to determine when the price goes up or down and when termination payments are incurred.

This is a relatively quick job for a competent excel / financial modeller
