Fairly simple spreadsheet to model a deal I am investing im

I am looking at investing in a deal and I'd like to model in excel how the terms of the deal look under various scenarios. This is a fairly simple deal, but I don't trust my excel capabilities to do it accurately. I've gotten about 80% of the way, but need someone with more technical expertise in order to show the preferred return and when/how options pool kicks in.

New money coming in will all be on same terms, in a preferred tranche (50% of the cap table), likely very simple with a 1x preference. There will be common shares allocated to Tim equating to 10% post-money and an option pool which maxes at 20%. and LB/kg/jm split 20% common. Preferred is first money out and/or converts into common at 1x. Very clean docs, no special rights, etc.
