Extract data, produce charts in Excel, paste into a Word template + format

Overall task:
Fill a presentation template (provided) with nicely formatted charts based on the data provided

Tasks:
1) Extract data from English reports (provided in PDF format, text can be copied) into Excel (ca. 5 charts)
2) Extract data from Portuguese reports (provided in PDF format, some text re-keying required for chart titles, no translation necessary) into Excel (ca. datasets/5 charts)
3) Extract data from several Excel files (copying and reformatting) into another Excel file (from which charts will be produced) - ca. 10-12 datasets
4) Produce 20-22 charts in Excel from the above collected data, using chart styles from a provided template
5) Copy/embed the charts into a Word document (template provided), add title and data sources captions with numbering

Notes:
- All input data files will provided in various formats (PDF, .doc, Excel) and output formatting templates will be provided in Office 2007 format.
- Almost all charts are bar or line charts for 1 or 2 data series (sometimes on 2 axes). Most consist of 5 to 12 datapoints in a series.
- The final presentation will be in Word 2007 format and will contain about 20-25 charts on 20 pages.

It is expected that the job should take about a day for someone proficient with Office 2007 and great attention to details.
