Experienced UK Based Transcriber

Due to the volume of work, we now have another vacancy for an experienced UK based transcriber who is looking for regular on-going work to join our small and long-established team who have worked together for many years.

Applicants should have experience of transcribing 1-to-1 interviews; telephone interviews; Zoom/Microsoft Teams and focus groups. You should be able to work during the day rather than solely evenings and weekends and have the availability to continue to work during the school holidays.

The ability to understand a range of accents is very important, also accuracy and to be able to research technical words etc. We work with researchers at senior level within universities, mainly in Healthcare and Social Sciences.

This work is only suitable for an experienced transcriber, and I very much look forward to hearing from you with details of your expertise and availability.

Rate: 65p per audio minute; additional rate for focus groups.
