Existing Policy Documents formated to have same corporate image

This project involves reformatting 25 existing policy documents to follow a consistent corporate template and branding style. Currently, the policy documentation lacks conformity in formatting and visual presentation.

The goal is to create a professional, uniform look across all policies reflective of the company's color scheme of blue, black, and white. A template must first be designed demonstrating the planned visual layout and structure. Policy contents will then be skillfully transposed into the template, preserving original details while standardising appearance.

While some documentation may contain varying section headings, the finished products must clearly project an image of originating from the same organisation. Additionally, each policy needs to incorporate version tracking information and fields for authorised approval.

A sample template deliverable prior to commencement will allow validation that the proposed design appropriately meets the objectives of establishing a cohesive documentation set reflective of the company brand. The refreshed policy portfolio will help enhance professionalism and consistency in communications both internally and externally.
