Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: Ongoing
Part-Time Executive Assistant / Execution Support (2–5 hrs/week to start)
We’re looking for someone to help keep things moving.
This is a small, fast-paced, founder-led environment across three interconnected businesses. There’s a lot going on, and we need someone who can help ensure the right things actually get done — not just discussed.
*The Role*
You’ll be supporting our Operations Director to:
- Stay on top of tasks coming from multiple directions
- Make sure work progresses and gets finished
- Keep things organised and visible
- Help spot when something is at risk of slipping
A big part of the role is follow-through and accountability — making sure nothing quietly falls off the radar.
*What you’ll be doing day to day*
- Keeping track of tasks and priorities
- Following up on outstanding work
- Helping organise workload and next steps
- Flagging anything that’s blocked or at risk
- Helping prepare clear escalation when needed
- Supporting admin (emails, chasing, coordination, etc.)
- Helping track time and workload to understand capacity
*How we work*
- We move quickly and prioritise execution — the focus is usually on getting things done rather than discussing them at length
- High level priorities are set centrally by the Technical Director, with the Operations Director coordinating day-to-day execution and prioritising requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Your role is to help keep things organised, moving, and visible
- Where something doesn’t fit or is at risk, you flag it clearly so it can be resolved quickly
- Communication is direct and to the point — clarity and progress are valued over formality
*The environment*
We are a neurodiverse team, including autism and ADHD.
That means:
- Communication can be direct or blunt, especially under pressure
- Structure and follow-through really matter
- Clear thinking and low-friction working are highly valued
- Lots of things happening at once - if you thrive on bringing order out of chaos, you'll fit right in
You’ll be a good fit if you:
- Are highly organised and detail-oriented
- Are comfortable gently and professionally holding your senior accountable
- Can work within clear structures and boundaries
- Prefer getting things done over discussing them
- Excellent standard of written and conversational English
If this is you, we'd love to hear your thoughts.
