My client is looking for an exceptional, first class PA to support his Wealth Management business.
You will be self employed and will work through my business to support my client on a part time but daily basis.
My client is looking for a high level, energetic PA who can think one step ahead, use their iniative, have the desire to problem solve and the passion to work hard and deliver results. You will be working with extremely high profile clients so should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Finance and sales administration skills and experience would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities will include:
Business Submission – creating illustrations, submitting business
In-depth data analysis of client’s funds and investments (use of Analytics)
Producing personalised illustrations and up to date wealth accounts
Liaising with administration centres regarding client transactional fund information
Preparation of document for meeting packs
Management of pipeline business
Action meeting notes and keeping client files up to date
Daily email and diary management
Scanning client correspondence by post and filing emails
Maintaining client database
First point of contact via telephone for a high net-worth client base. Dealing with incoming enquiries and managing service
level standards
Would suit a person with the following qualities:
Full prospect and customer communication and care
Excellent communication skills – oral, written and phone
Attention to detail with absolute precision
Strong time management, prioritisation and organisation skills
Self Starter – high initiative
With aspiration to develop further
Punctual, positive and professional
Proven record of confidentiality and a discreetness of the highest nature, having experience of working with an exclusive client
portfolio
Analytical and logical approach
Professional, friendly and approachable manner to clients and colleagues, as will at times be the first point of contact to
clients, colleagues and providers
Able to work off of own intuition
Highly motivated and capable of working alone for extended periods
Understand the frequently changing needs and demands of high net-worth clients
Ability to ‘think out of the box’ to continually improve upon systems and ‘client experiences’
Consistent and reliable, maintaining a professional image for the Practice at all times
Full training will be given and in addition, you will be required to attend a one day training course to learn how to use the in house database system.
The job will offer between 5-10 hours per week, with daily, but minimal, contact needed. Emails need to be checked every few hours each day and there will be around 5, sometimes less, client calls per day to take and action.
The role is a virtual role so you will be based at home but there may be the occasional requirement for a face to face meeting so ideally candidates will live either in Kent or London or a short commute from either location.
This is an ongoing role with the chance to progress and become a key part of my client's team - for the right candidate, this really is a fantastic opportunity!
