Excel vba - speed improvement

I have created an excel vba program that does these steps:
- copy paste word documents from template location to final location
- loop in a list of variables that need to be "find & replaced" in the word documents

problem is located in the part where "textareas" & footers/headers are modified

i'm looking for someone who has experience with word-processing from (excel) vba
and who is willing to check my code and see where the loops can be improved/modified to improve the speed.

please let me know if you would be able to fix my code
