Excel/VBA application using MS Access

Description of excel work: We would like the system to allow a personal trainer to select a client from the drop down, open the details of that client (that feeds from the database) and edit if we'd like, then chart out the results of what they're currently burning to see where their weight would be after 6 months and chart their target. Then the trainer can go back in and update the exercise frequency/intensity to help the client know what they need to do to get to their weight goal (those updates would update the database as well). The calculations we planned to use are in the word doc as to how we would get amounts of what their weight should be.

I've attached a "project requiremtn file" and a zip file that has a word doc explaining what we'd like our system to do, an excel file with the GUIs we were planning on using, and our simple access database we want to use/update with our excel front end app. Please see all the attached documents.
