Import an Excel resource plan into a MS Project 2007 file
The Excel resource plan dates read left to right, where MS Project usually reads dates from two columns only.
Excel shows effort per week (not daily) and this will need to be reflected into the PS Project Plan.i.e. Excel shows 1 hour effort during week commencing 8th Oct.
