I'm looking for a spreadsheet which will allow for contract managers to enter monthly hours and rates into a spreadsheet. Ideal format would consist of only one sheet for each month of the year with a summary page containing a Pivot Table which would yield the total hours of each employee and average hourly rate paid. Holiday and sick pay entries to be distinctive and included both within summary table and listed separately on another table. Format of entry is employee number with lookup values to fill employee name; hours and pay rate may be amended by the contracts manager. Invalid employee numbers to be returned with error message.
Conditions required are that the contracts manager may only enter employee number, pay rate and hours and that all other aspects of the timesheet are password protected.
