Excel Spreadsheets

General information for the business: We are an online retail company
Description of excel work: We require an excel spreadsheet created with two tabs that will help us automate the collection of data based on a unique reference known as 'SKU'

Attached is a file we have set up.

1) - We require a button on the 'Current Stock Sheet' called 'Show Barcode' - When pressed the file needs to search through the tab called 'Full Barcode List' and return the barcodes for each product based on the item's SKU (which is called Item No in the Barcode list) Barcodes should be displayed in column G of the 'Current Stock' sheet.

We need the barcodes to be displayed as the full barcode so the column will need to be formatted as a number with no decimal places.

Some times the number of items we currently stock will change, or there may be more rows of data to scan through in the 'Full Barcodes List' as supplier adds more lines, so this needs to be taken into consideration too.

If an item in the 'Full Barcode List' does not have a barcode then in the Barcode box we need it to say 'NO BARCODE FOUND'

If an item appears in the 'Current Stock List' but does not appear in the 'Barcode List' then the cell needs to say PRODUCT COULD NOT BE FOUND

2) - A second button called 'Items Not Currently Sold' needs to be created. Once clicked it needs to use the 'SKU' in column C of the 'Current Stock' file as a reference against all the data in the 'Full Stock List' sheet.

It then needs to return the relevant information in the sheet named 'Items We Dont Sell'

The information needs to include all rows of relevant data for each product we dont sell.

Hopefully the above is clear and i cannot imagine this taking too long for someone with good knowledge of excel. The important thing for us is that the number of row items can vary from month to month so its important this is taken into consideration.
