Excel spreadsheet organisation

Description: Hi,
I have an excel spreadsheet that I need organising.
Basically, in column b and c there is some information points. I need them moved from those columns to the relevant colum with the same header. For example in column b there is this information: COMDTY, EQTYIDX, FOREX,FIXINC
I need it moved to the correct row cell with the header: COMDTY, EQTYIDX, FOREX,FIXINC that corresponds to the id in column a.

I have attached an example of the spreadsheet.
There are around 1,000 rows to go through, although it could probably be done by a macro...

I need this done by 5pm today...
