The job is data entry by populating every cell in Column B and C, approximately 900 cells in each. Many are duplicates but still require educated matches to the task description. Column D needs to be populated with phases or description where needed. Some examples are shown but not every cell will be populated here.
Column B: Team

Build * Related to anything with build in task or similar*
Test *Related to anything involving testing*
Support *After go-live, upgrades, help desk, continual improvement, Cloud support, Training, anything support*
Technical *Environment, Architecture, Integration/Interface, technical security, Technical configuration and build, anything very technical*
Data ETL *Transfer, upload, export of data*
Workflow *Anything workflow related*
Mobile *Anything mobile related*
Analytics/Reports *Anything analytical or related to reports and metrics*
OCM *Org Readiness, Training, Security
It is fine to add more than one team if you wish but not necessary. If you are completely unsure mark the cell as TBD but the tasks are very descriptive.
Column C: Deliverable or Workproduct
In this column mark a cell with a D if it appears to require a sign off to move forward
Mark with a W if a sign off is not required and does not appear to be very important. Check spreadsheet for some examples.
