Excel Spreadsheet

I have a requirement for an excel sheet to be built.

The purpose is for recording number of production hours on a job.

The shift manager enters the working week schedule with the start time and finish time each day with the break times.

Break times are 10.00am to 10.15am, 12.00pm to 12.30pm and 15.00pm to 15.15pm. The start time is 08:00 and finish time is 16:30pm

I need the shift manager to enter in one cell the start time and date of the job and in another the completion date of the job. The spreadsheet needs to work out how many working hours were used in the production minus any applicable breaks that may fall between the period.
