Excel radar chart + Excel integrated Visio diagrams

Hello there, I am looking for an Excel expert
I need help and advice with the following.
1. A radar chart in Excel (investeringsgebied tab) based on 3 scenario's (then-now-later) where I want to show the progress of 5 subjects. The difficulty for me is that some of the activities (under the subjects) do not have a permanent effect, which would mean that the overall score in the 'later' scenario might be the same as the 'then' scenario, while 'now' is a better situation. So I think I would need formulas that calculate these and show progress or not. Also, if I add a new activity, I should be able to see the change in the radar chart. I already made a table out of the data and added columns with 'weight' activity and 'effect' to determine the value of an activity. But I am not sure how to write a formula that counts and weighs all the activities under the same subject.
2. For a different project, I would like to make a Visio swimlane diagram based on approximately 10 main swim lanes with internal activities throughout the lane. The lane is divided into 5 phases. At the bottom there is one main swim lane that contains the triggered actions dependent on the lanes above. This is the communication and participation swim lane that shows what and when will be communicated.
I want to make this Visio swim lane diagram (I have the add in) based on my Excel dataset (procesregie tab), which is not net completed, but enough to make a concept swim lane. Also the Visio swim lane should be easily changed when the dataset in Excel is updated. For instance extra activities, or new triggers (arrows) to the communication and participation swim lane.
