Excel quotation system

I am looking to acquire a solution that can run quotations over multiple sheets around 5 maximum (100 lines) to include dropdown lists for items which can be manually entered or copied and pasted from a supplier CSV file.
I only want the solution to print active sheets
The ability to have hidden (non printed supplier discount areas)
They use multiple suppliers and getting quotes is quite cumbersome from these suppliers so they would like their own in house system that can be built up over time. Price increases are generally once a year and apply to all products from that supplier so the ability to uplift by a % is important as well.
