Hi

I am a bookseller and want to find out a fast way to convert my book data, which I get in various excel formats, to a standard format so that I could upload it onto my Website.

Is there a program that you could develop to automate this conversion.

I am attaching a sample of the data I get from my Suppliers. I would want this data to automatically convert the following fields, which I require for my webdata:

Supplier code (which should be the name of the publisher/Suppliuer), Bookcode (which is same as ISBN), Author, title, Subject (which a lot of suppliers give as heading), Currency (which in most of the cases is INR), but this could be other currency too), Price, Year, Bibdata, Publisher (which could be the same for one particular list), annt (Optional)

Is this the same job that you posted two weeks ago? I would have been interested in submitting a proposal for that but needed some more information regarding the size of the project. Are you able to give a sample of each different supplier format, or at least specify the number of different supplier formats?
