Description of excel work: I am looking for an intuitive excel sheet that has a combination of add on features.

1. Allow for data of multiple software to be added to it
2. It should capture all details of a software application (add on, functionality, features, hardware requirements, size, location (server/desktop/laptop, regulatory requirement, non-regulatory, internal use, external use, owner, etc.,)
3. It should show utilisation (how many people use it, frequency, what functionality is most used, etc.,)
4. It show cost of the license, maintenance etc.,
5. It should provide a cost benefit analysis

6. Provide graphs, all it to be compared to other application

Extra notes: Needs to be in Excel 2010 and backward compatible to Excel 2003
