Description of excel work: The results of a survey need to be presented in a graphical way.
The survey holds 8 categories (fi organisation, processes) and each category consist of 1 or more questions.
The report should be a spider diagram; showing the categories and the calculation of the answers of all employees. Filtering by Department must be possible.
Feedback of the survey is plotted in excel which must be the starting point to create the spider diagram needed.
the excel worksheet consist of Employee, Department and a list of questions (let us label them Q1, Q2 etc for ease of understanding)
for each question a result (number 0 till 10) is given.
Requirements: number of categories, number of questions per category must be flexible.
To be used in MS Excel 2007
