Excel Help

I have an excel spreadsheet that is being updated from third party software on my computer, all the fields in the sheet change but i am interested in 1 field K9,
This is what i would like to do and show in fields below.

k10 = Highest value of K9 since data collection
k11= how many times the value of k10 has changed
k12= lowest value of k9 since data collection
k13 = how many times the value of k12 has changed ( please note the value of k9 maybe zero when data collection starts so this has to be built in as i can see its easy for the High value but out of my experience for the low value as if k9 < k12 then k12 = k9 will not work if value is zero in k9.
k14 = times the value of k9 = k10 without changing k10 . i.e price hits high value but then comes back down.
k15 = times the value of k9 =k12 without changing k12 . i.e price hits low value but then rises again.
Please note the same calculations as above need to be applied to cell K11 K13 K15 K17 SO THERE ARE 5 LINES TO CALCULATE BUT ALL THE SAME AS THE SPECIFICATION ABOVE.
Also this sheet will need to funtion independantly as this will be copied up to 50 times in the same workbook and then the data from the 50 will be produced in one single sheet, this work is for part one only the k9 plus 4 others work as specified above.
