Excel Chart Made

Need Excel chart made from Hard Drive data we get every month from the root console. on the attached spreadsheet you can see where we type in data every month but I am unable to make a chart out of this. You can change the format around to make it work.. I just need a chart I can make every month.

I would prefer to be able to make one chart out of this but will separate but I need to get all the data in. a Bar/Line chart is ok..

We will be adding data to the fields each month so I need to be able to have the chart grow. Hope this clears up the questions.
