Estimated project duration: 1 - 6 months
We are a UK-based publication and are looking for an experienced B2B Conference Producer to help with event administration, including speaker co-ordination.
This is pertaining to our annual conference and awards program.

All work on this project is remote.
References will be required.
Role tasks
• Project manage speaker administration
• Manage the event planner to ensure we meet all deadlines
• Liasson with venue, suppliers and sponsors
• Produce a speaker management process document
• Support event production
• Create speaker management timeline
• Enlist speakers to speak at conference
• Produce event agenda + including running order
• Co-ordinate final pre-vent speaker + moderator sessions
• Send final speaker thank you notes
• Provide feedback on event
Expertise
• Minimum 18 months experience of producing business event programmes (digital or live)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Project management skills, within events
• Outstanding organisation skills, the ability to multi-task whilst ensuring attention to detail
• First-class customer service manner, confidence over the phone and face-to-face
• Proactive and able to work independently and as a team
This is a 3-month project and includes a bonus payment.
We currently only need up to 5 to 10 hours a month, for the first month – but this will scale up as we get closer to the event date.
