I need quantity take-offs for one small project.
It is a remodel of an existing school.
I require details quantity take-offs in the 16 division CSI format.
All units should be English (NOT Metric): CY for p.i.p. concrete walls/footings; SF for concrete slab on grade and walkways; Board Feet (BF) or 1,000 board feet (MBF); all finishes, carpet, GWB, paint, ceiling, etc, in SF.
Provide Excel speadsheet with all take-offs.
Provide Bluebeam or other drawings file with take-offs as backup.
Time frame:
The project must be completed is due in 7 days.
