We're looking for a person that can be appointed as an EPR Authorized Representative in Spain. This is needed for foreign companies to be able to sell products to Spanish customers.

Requirements:
- Being a Spain citizen

Time investment:
- 5 to 10 minutes monthly

We will offer a fixed monthly fee for as long as our cooperation lasts.

    As an EPR in Spain this makes me or my entity legally liable for any issues. You say that its only 10 -15 mninutes monthly but one of the requirements of the Spanish authorities is

    Submit annual declarations detailing the precise weights, materials, and recyclability metrics of every item they place on the Spanish market

    How is this managed and where and how would I access this information.

    I have lots of other similar questions.
