Enter data from a website into an excel file

I need a list of swimming clubs transcribing from a website into an excel spreadsheet.

This is just the East region, clubs A-B. I need all of the clubs from the site into the spreadsheet, the menu is on the left, I need everything under 'regional clubs'.

For each club you must enter the name of the club, the sport(s) they teach (ie. Swimming, Water Polo etc) , the short code and the website address if available on the ASA site.

The spreadsheet should have the headings name, code and website with all of the club data beneath.
