English and Scottish postcode research for household bills

We are looking for an experienced business/data analyst to compile data together in a pre-designed spreadsheet. The data we are needing to pull together is postcode research for gas, electricity, council tax and water.

The project research consists of the following:

Provide the local authority/council for all Scottish and English postcodes
Provide the annual cost of council tax for each council tax band per postcode/local authority in England and Scotland and the tax year this figure relates to
Provide the annual price of water in Scottish and English postcodes and the tax year this figure relates to
Provide the local water company which the postcode falls under
Gas cost per kWh, electricity cost per kWh in all Scottish and English postcodes

To conduct this research, you must have experience with google sheets or excel, are contactable between core hours - 9-5 GMT and reliably deliver this project before the deadline.
