Engagement letters and onboarding checklists completion

I am a licensed accountant and have got a bit behind on my admin!
I need someone to generate engagement letters (from my own template), for me to send to my clients and onboarding checklists (for internal use only)
I think there are roughly 10-25 clients to do this task for.
Someone with accountancy experience would be beneficial as you will know what I am talking about! A knowledge of engagement letters would also be beneficial.
Confidentiality is of the upmost importance for this task
