Email List Building - Data input into excel

Hi,
I would like someone to create an excel spreadsheet containing the email address and names of the Regsitered Instructors on the Register of Excercise Professionals website.

I would like the list to contain the first name, surname and email address details for all members in London, there are over 4000 in the list and I would be happy to receive quotes for the entire list, and per 100.

Please have a look on the website and understand what you need to do before quoting, there are a couple of clicks to get each members details.
