Ebay optimization, needs multiple ebay accounts

I need someone that has access to a large number of ideally UK based ebay accounts, that can help me with my listing optimisation. What I want is for purchases to be made of my listings, about 30 purchases per day from 30 different accounts, ideally UK based, I will then mark them as paid and shipped. I want this done every day, and to avoid issues, the accounts used must change every day for a week, so total 210 accounts needed, then start again with same accounts the following week. The purchases will be accross multiple listings, usually 5-10 different listings.

To do the job, you ideally need to be able to automate the purchasing, but up to you, you can also do it manually, but for sure you need access to at least 210 established UK ebay accounts that will not get blocked from making purchases.

The budget i have set is my proposal per week, but I'm happy to hear your thoughts.
