E-mail Address Collection

I'm looking for all the e-mail addresses for UK universities (England, Scotland and Wales) as well as e-mail addresses for universities in France, Germany, Spain and Italy. I am specifically looking for the INTERNATIONAL OFFICE and/or ERASMUS OFFICE for dealing with outgoing and incoming students to the university as part of a placement/year abroad. I will also need the name of the contact for the relevant department (i.e. Joe Matthews, ALPHA University International Office, Please clearly break down each piece of information.
