Dynamic Biz Dashboard - Weekly Performance Update & Forecast

I need to build an excel reporting dashboard to show :
1. Target numbers
2. Actual Numbers
3. Run Rate till end of period ( Month / Quarter / Year)
3. Trends - by partners / by product / by month / by quarter etc
4. re-Forecast plan if we foresee there is change in key factors such as volume or pricing to drop at partner level. So it must be dynamic enough to assign at factor level and partner level over period level. This factor needs to be adjustable.
The output should be within the dashboard to show current performance vs plan vs reforecast.
5. Need to be able to update it easily from daily report.
6. Need to be able to do changes in factors to generate new forecast.

Details & Requirements is in the document attached. So the deliverables are clear but how it's presented I am open to your proposal. But I need this quite soon so all data has been prepared and properly arranged.
