Due Diligence, Risk.

I need someone with due diligence, risk experience, to do some research to find out more information about a financial trading company. The work will include searches to determine if these organisations are legitimate and if they have been involved in any fraud or scam cases. It's all well and good to have an impressive website, etc, etc, but what I need is hard evidence the legitimacy and reputation of the companies.
I have been dealing with these companies for quite some time without any issues, but I need to confirm their credentials as I intend to invest a great deal of business with them. They operate from the USA and China.
