Experience Level: Intermediate
I'd like a database created that would created a document number for each contract using the first 3 letter of the buyer/month-MM/julian date. example DJM0308. I'd like the form to be fillable. I can sort and find invoices by company name or invoice number, or sort to see what product and quantity was sold for a period of time. I'm open to form revision if you think its needed

    Do you want this to be a web accessible database or then a desktop application? Are you open to using any technology stack and finally how many people will use it i.e. is it a single user application or then multi user and so on? Can you please let me know a bit more details like these so that I can make an informed bid? Thanks.

    It would be preferably a microsoft access database type. I'd like to do input in a master form/spreadsheet and able to extract data as needed.
