Document production in support of an event

I would like two sets of documents produced to support an event.

Set 1: Printing and punching 126 pages of A4 colour handouts. There are five different documents, and a total of nine pages of material. I would like 14 copies of each document, so a total of 126 pages. I would like the documents printed single sided on A4 100gsm high white matt paper. I would like them punched on the left margin with holes for a 2 ring binder. There is no need to clip together individual pages or single copies of documents, but I would like them collated as piles of each document, in order, with clear separation between piles, so I can hand them out one at a time. I would like to see a photo of a sample of the one page document I have uploaded to check that my instructions are all clear, then the rest can be run. I would like the sample and the finished documents posted to me in London by the post office's Special Delivery next day service. The documents are all text in 12 point font.

Set 2: Preparation of a word file of 13 certificates of completion. I have a template, which I am attaching for reference, and I will supply a list of names and days of attendance. I would like you to create 13 individual certificates by putting a name and the number of days attended into each one. I would then like you to collate them into a single word file and send them to me. I will print them at my end, because the certificate card is too thick for some printers to manage.

I would like to receive both the physical handouts and the word file for printing by the end of Friday Nov 4th.
