We are a Uk based company and we need to apply to obtain a a license to operate and store food products. A lot of the products are temperature controlled therefore we would need to put in place a system to monitor and record food temperatures during chilled and frozen storage.

We also have to have systems in place to ensure traceability of products within the documentation
