Develop Google Sheet progress report from ASANA linked projects

We're using ASANA for project management (a new endeavour), and I have set up a a Google Sheet that syncs every hour. The data is organised well, with the ability to add custom fields in order to further refine a project report by overarching/related objectives, strategies and tasks. The end goal is to have a dynamic dashboard report that takes a so called 'performance factor' (calculated by multiplying task progress against various weightings) and apply a bonus calculation per quarter / per person.

I'm using a combination of INDEX ARRAYS and VLOOKUPs in GOOGLE SHEETs and have got about 25% there, but hoping to take a few hours in a Google Hangout / shared desktop to problem solve structure issues (and improve approach, so that it is dynamic as project tasks/dates change).
