Design an excel spreadsheet or App for operational expenses

We require someone to create an excel spreadsheet or app for operational cost tracking of our indivudial vessel assets.

We need to be able to determine
A) Vessels daily expenses
B) Vessels individual voyage profit or loss

The app / spreadsheet should have the ability to consider date and time, and should be able to identify and search particular voyages etc.

We would also like to have the ability to have a button to add details (And store copy invoices etc) for sales and purchase invoices and the particular data associated with them.

We need someone that is available to start and complete as soon as possible.
