Design a training certificate which can be populated from excel

We seek a skilled graphic designer to develop an updated training certificate template that allows mail merge functionality from an Excel spreadsheet. Our current certificate design is outdated and no longer meets our organizational needs.

The new certificate template should include fields for the student name, venue, trainer and date of completion which can be dynamically populated from an Excel file. The designer should concept and create 2-3 visually appealing yet professional certificate designs that reflect our modern training programs. The designs must incorporate our brand colors and standard logo placement.

The completed certificate templates must be delivered as editable Publisher or Word files to allow for easy mail merging and customization. The spreadsheet will include the unique data for each student certificate. The designer's work will streamline our certificate issuance process and provide a polished, customized certificate for every student.

Familiarity with mail merge functions and dynamic date fields is essential to create templates that insert the appropriate student data automatically. Designs should feature enough white space and balance to clearly display the variable information without feeling cramped. Typography, layout and overall visual aesthetic must give the certificates a quality, official appearance befitting the completion of our programs.
