Tell me what I need to do to make text in table columns top align correctly.
See attached document created with MS-Word 2010.
If you look at the 1st and 2nd columns you will see that they contain question numbers (numeric) and sub-question numbers (alpha). The third column contains the question / sub-question.
No matter what I try, the question numbers, sub-question numbers and questions don't top align for 4, 4a) and 4b) but they do for 4c).
I have tried fiddling with the internal margins etc. but that doesn't help.
