Database completion & research - Addresses and names of people in different deptmts

PART 1
I have a spreadsheet which lists the top 100 schools in the UK and a list of the bottom 100 schools in the UK. I need an excel spreadsheet completing with the school address and local authority as well as telephone and website URL. The spreadsheet already has hyperlinks on each school that takes you to the Department of Education website to get this info for each school, so it is a case of copy and paste for this section. Easy.

PART 2
With the same lists I need the names of people within the different departments including the Head, deputy / assistant head, head of science, head of careers, head of PE/sport. There may be variants of job title such as Director of Science or Head of Biology or KS5 Science Manager. On the spreadsheet there are a couple of columns for other staff members that may pop up in the searches that would be useful for us. EG: there may be several types of science teacher listed or assistant head.

I am recommending using the advanced search feature on Linked In to complete this task. You can input the school name into the company section as well as different variations or part of job titles in title - EG 'science' or 'head of' or 'director of'.

If Linked In returns no results, a quick look on the school website, may reveal a teacher list, but many schools don't provide this. Alternatively a google search for 'Head of Science, SCHOOL NAME' may return a positive result. If no contacts can be found, just make a note in the spreadsheet.

PART 3.
There is a final tab on the spreadsheet for 'Others that pop up'. This is for teachers that appear in the linked in searches that are not on the school list I have provided. If you see any with some of the job titles we are interested in, put them in to the final tab onto the spreadsheet.
