Database Cleansing and Post Holder Name Gathering

To update database of organisations details and obtain details of individuals within specific roles within the organisations.

The database comprises 4,500 organisations.

We are inviting bids for individuals to cleanse and data collect in Data Lots of 100 organisations.

Each organisation requires:

• Organisation address, phone admin Email, fax to be verified / corrected.
• Current names of specific post-holders / job-functions to be checked or ascertained
• Confirmation of permission to provide regular Email updates to organisation / post-holder

Data provided and to be updated on Excel Shared Spreadsheets.

Due to the quantity of organisations to be updated more than one bid and provider will be offered this project.

Providers should indicate how many 'Lots' of 100 organisations they are bidding for and what time-scale they expect to be able to complete that work load in.
