Data Inputter Required along with good research skills via the web

I have a sheet with company names, contact, emails and telephone numbers. This is a printed sheet.

I need this to be inputted onto an excel spread sheet - see attached.

TWO PARTS to this job

First part is to complete all the fields first.
Second part job will be to research and find company addresses via website. You'll be able to find company name in the email addresses provided. So you'll need to add the addresses, postcodes and website addresses. Email address is already on the sheet provided.

There are approximately 120 organisations on this list.

The excel sheet is attached for logging info. I will have to take a picture on a camera of the sheets, which are not on any form of database currently.

Accuracy is VERY IMPORTANT. Good knowledge of English grammar is crucial.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the English you write in your proposal is not up to a high standard and there are alot of grammar mistakes I will have to decline your proposal as accuracy and attention to detail is one area that we aren't willing to compromise on.
