Data harmonization in excel for vlookup - soon

We have a database of companies which is represented in "Correct Names 'Master List'". This is the correct name of each company. We have 3 lists that have some of the same companies, but the naming is slightly off (e.g. Aksia Capital Mgmt vs Aksia Capital Management). We need the company names on the 3 lists to exactly match the ones on the Master List so that we can use vlookups. So any name in red on the spreadsheet is a little bit different than the names on the master list.
