I need someone to transfer sensitive financial data from a pdf document into an Excel spreadsheet in a pre-defined format that we will supply - 3 months worth of statements, circa 100 entries per month - so 300 entries in total.

100% accuracy is crucial and format must be consistent with pre-supplied excel sheet.
