Experience Level: Intermediate
The job is to type in contact details such as names, addresses, telephone and email into a basic Access table. The 5 lists of addresses can be emailed in jpeg form and the table supplied. The first step is to type in the contact details and check for duplicates, this will be an alphabetical list. Once the final list is completed the second step will be to add symbols against each of the names and from the master alphabetical list divide the list of names into two documents both documents will have the names listed under County's then alphabetical. This second document will need to be finished as a Word document.
There are approximately 400 names and addresses however over the 5 lists one person may appear on more than one list but will only need to be inputted once.
